DETAILSSet over two stories, Industrie has something for everyone. The soft lighting in the Mezzanine Bar is perfect for intimate conversations if you can beat the rush, and with its earthy tones and lush cushions, you could lose yourself for hours. Beautiful paintings adorn the walls lending the area a sophisticated edge. While the Mezzanine is perfect for pre-dinner drinks, it is in the restaurant that the magic really happens. Sitting on the ground floor with a view to the catwalk above, the food on offer is exquisite.
FOOD & BEVERAGEChoose from an assortment of rich, French dishes including brioche toast with house-cured duck proscuitto, asparagus and truffled duck egg to start, followed by a main of yamba green prawn with red mullet, pippies, and vongole in a cinnamon spiced veloute, and the anise, truffle scented soufflé, black sambuca ice cream and rhubarb gitanes to finish. Devine.

Here you can imagine that you’re a hedonistic French aristocrat sipping absinthe as you melt into the luxurious scarlet arm chairs or relax on the mint green banquettes which line the walls. Gilded mirrors hang on the walls beside artfully framed paintings of French royalty and the fancy chandeliers cast a warm red glow creating an intimate atmosphere.
