Bisro 3 Chef Matt Wild includes inspiration from all over the world in his three in one restaurant in Cairns, Northern Queensland. Inbuilt sections for tapas, seafood and a bar making dining under one roof simple, while Wild shows a true flair for Australian experimentation combined with French rigor. There is truly something to treat everyone on his revised menu but make sure you save room for desert. The home made ice creams are worth the wait and well suited to the balmy locals.
